2027 Winter Season
REGISTRATION:
Early Bird registration: 11/16-11/29 $55
Regular registration: 11/30-12/18 $60
Free Agents: Joining the league to meet some new folks? Don't be nervous-sign up as a Free Agent (FA), and our Billiards Director will match you with a team. Be sure to attend the FA Social at The Belfry on Wednesday, December 9th from 7-9.
Small Groups: Don't have enough players to fill a whole team? Register as a team with your friends and we will merge you with another squad once registration closes. This isn't a guarantee, but we will do our best.
Can’t afford to play? We believe that sports should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income. If you can’t afford registration for any reason, we can help cover the cost. Just submit our scholarship form and our treasurer will reach out to help.
LEAGUE Structure:
Divisions: Recreational and Intermediate
Players Per Team: Recreational 6-10, Intermediate 3-6
Team Limit: Recreational 10, Intermediate 6
Gameplay: The regular season will be played over 7 weeks and will conclude with a tournament. Recreational matches will be played in a scotch doubles format, while Intermediate games will be played in standard doubles and singles formats.
Time & Place:
Location: Gerard’s at the Belfry (1532 Grand Blvd)
Tables open for practice at 6:30 pm, games run from 7:00-10:00 pm
Schedule for Recreational:
Days of the week: Mondays
Schedule: 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22
Schedule for Intermediate:
Days of the week: Tuesdays
Schedule: 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23
Tournament date: 3/6
OTHER DETAILS:
Team Captains: Captains must register before any players will be able to join their team. Captains must attend the Captain's Meeting on Monday, January 4th at The Belfry.
T-shirts: Captains will choose the color of their team's uniforms and these will be distributed on the first match day of the season. All players must wear their t-shirts during games and should refrain from altering or obscuring sponsor logos.
