2025 SUMMER Season
REGISTRATION:
Regular registration: $50, 5/9 - 5/16
Late registration: $55, 5/17 - 5/23
Registration may close before listed dates if the league reaches capacity.
Can’t afford registration? We can cover the cost.
LEAGUE Structure:
Divisions: Recreational and Intermediate
Players Per Team: Recreational 6-10, Intermediate 4-6
Team Limit: Recreational 10, Intermediate 8
Gameplay: The regular season will be played over 7 weeks and will conclude with a tournament. Recreational matches will be Bo5, played in a scotch doubles format, while Intermediate games will be Bo3 played in standard doubles format.

Location: Gerard’s at the Belfry (1532 Grand Blvd)
Days of the week: Recreational Monday, Intermediate Tuesday
Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, June 23rd and Tuesday, June 24th
Week 2: Monday, June 30th and Tuesday, July 1st
Week 3: Monday, July 7th and Tuesday, July 8th
Week 4: Monday, July 14th and Tuesday, July 15th
Week 5: Monday, July 21st and Tuesday, July 22nd
Week 6: Monday, June 28th and Tuesday, July 29th
Week 7: Monday, August 4th and Tuesday, August 5th
Tournament: Saturday, August 16th (10:30am to 4:00pm)
Warm-up: Starting at 6:30 p.m.
Play time: 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
OTHER DETAILS:
Billiards Free Agent Social: Wednesday, May 14th from 7PM-9PM at The Belfry.
Team Captains: Captains must register before any players will be able to join their team. Captains and/or a co-captain are also required to attend the mandatory captain's meeting on Monday, June 9th at 7PM.
T-shirts: Captains will choose the color of their team's uniforms and these will be distributed on or before the first match day of the season. All players must wear their t-shirts during games and should refrain from altering or obscuring sponsor logos.
Small Group: Don't have enough players to fill a team? Start a small group with friends and we will do our best to place you all on a team together once registration closes. This isn't a guarantee, but we will do our best.
