2026 Winter Season
REGISTRATION:
Regular registration: $50, 11/26 - 12/2
Late registration: $55, 12/3 - 12/10
Registration may close before listed dates if the league reaches capacity.
Can’t afford registration? We can cover the cost.
LEAGUE Structure:
Divisions: Recreational and Intermediate
Players Per Team: Recreational 6-10, Intermediate 3-6
Team Limit: Recreational 10, Intermediate 8
Gameplay: The regular season will be played over 7 weeks and will conclude with a tournament. Recreational matches will be Bo5 played in a scotch doubles format, while Intermediate games will be Bo3 played in standard doubles and singles formats.
Time & Place:
Location: Gerard’s at the Belfry (1532 Grand Blvd)
Tables open for practice at 6:30 pm, games run from 7:00-10:00 pm
Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, January 5th and Tuesday, January 6th
Week 2: Monday, January 12th and Tuesday, January 13th
Week 3: Monday, January 19th and Tuesday, January 20th
Week 4: Monday, January 26th and Tuesday, January 27th
Week 5: Monday, February 2nd and Tuesday, February 3rd
Week 6: Monday, February 9th and Tuesday, February 10th
Week 7: Monday, February 16th and Tuesday, February 17th
Snow Make-Up Dates: Monday, Feb 23rd and Tuesday, Feb 24th
Tournament: Saturday, February 28th (11:00 am to 4:00 pm)
OTHER DETAILS:
Billiards Free Agent Social: Wednesday, December 3rd, from 7:00-9:00 pm at The Belfry.
Team Captains: Captains must register before any players will be able to join their team. Captains and/or a co-captain are also required to attend the mandatory captain's meeting on Monday, December 15th at 7:00 pm.
T-shirts: Captains will choose the color of their team's uniforms and these will be distributed on or before the first match day of the season. All players must wear their t-shirts during games and should refrain from altering or obscuring sponsor logos.
Small Group: Don't have enough players to fill a team? Start a small group with friends and we will do our best to place you all on a team together once registration closes. This isn't a guarantee, but we will do our best.
